Is my file uploaded?
Your file is never uploaded. Everything happens inside your browser on your own phone or computer. The file never leaves your device, so it's safe for identity and financial documents.
How many PDFs can I combine into one file?
There is no fixed limit on the number of files. Very large files depend on how much memory your phone or laptop has, so if it slows down, merge in two batches and then merge the two results.
How do I change the order of the files before merging?
Drag the file cards, or use the up and down arrows next to each one. The file at the top comes first in the merged PDF.
Can I rearrange single pages while merging, not just whole files?
Not in this tool, which joins whole files in the order you set. Merge first, then open the result in Organize PDF to move, rotate or delete individual pages.
Can I merge a PDF that asks for a password?
Not directly. Remove the password first with Unlock PDF (you need to know it), then merge. PDFs that open freely but block printing or copying merge without any extra step.
Will the pages look the same after merging?
Yes. Pages are copied as they are, not turned into images, so text stays selectable and images keep their quality. Each page also keeps its original size.
Can I merge my Aadhaar, PAN and marksheet into one PDF for an application?
Yes. Select all the PDFs, put them in the order the form asks for and tap Merge. If some documents are photos, turn them into a PDF with JPG to PDF first, and use Compress PDF if the result is over the portal's size limit.
Does the merged PDF keep the bookmarks from my files?
No. Merging copies the pages but not the bookmark list, so the combined file has no bookmarks. The pages themselves are unchanged.
Is it free? Do I need to sign up?
It is completely free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit.
