Frequently asked questions
How do I move pages around in a PDF?
Long-press a page thumbnail and drag it to its new place. The label under each page shows its new position and which page it was before.
Can I rotate just one page while organising?
Yes. Tap the rotate button on that page to turn it 90 degrees clockwise each time. Other pages stay as they are.
Can I insert a blank page?
Yes. Tap 'Add blank page'. It is added at the end, you can drag it anywhere, and it takes the size of the page before it.
I removed the wrong page. Can I undo it?
Yes. The Undo button steps back through your recent changes, up to 20 steps, before you save. Your original file is never changed.
Can I add pages from another PDF while organising?
Not directly. Combine the files with Merge PDF first, then open the merged file here to arrange the pages.
Will reordering pages reduce quality or break the text?
No. Pages are copied as they are, so text stays selectable and images keep their quality. Bookmarks are not carried over to the new file.
Can I rearrange PDF pages on my phone?
Yes. Dragging thumbnails and the rotate and delete buttons all work by touch in Android and iPhone browsers. For very long PDFs, a bigger screen makes dragging easier.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is processed inside your browser on your own phone or computer. Nothing is sent to a server, so it is safe for Aadhaar, PAN, bank statements and other private documents.
Is it free? Do I need to sign up?
It is completely free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit.
