Frequently asked questions

How do I convert my Aadhaar card to PDF?

Open Aadhaar to PDF, add photos of the front and back, and both are placed on one A4 page. Download the PDF or share it straight to WhatsApp or email.

What is the password of the e-Aadhaar PDF?

The first 4 letters of your name in capital letters followed by your year of birth. For example, Suresh Kumar born in 1992 uses SURE1992.

What is the password of the e-PAN PDF?

Usually your date of birth in DDMMYYYY format, for example 05081990. For a company PAN it is the date of incorporation.

How do I reduce a document PDF to 200 KB for an online form?

Open the compress page for your document or “PDF under 200 KB”, pick the file and tap Compress. If it is still too big, turn on Black & white or keep only the pages the form needs.

Can I put both sides of an ID card on one page?

Yes. The “to PDF” pages for ID cards place the front and back together on a single A4 page, ready to print or upload.

Should I watermark copies of my ID documents?

It is a good habit. A line like “For KYC with ABC Bank only” plus the date makes a leaked copy hard to misuse elsewhere.

My document is not listed. What should I use?

Every page here uses a general tool underneath. Use JPG to PDF for photos, Compress PDF for size limits and Unlock PDF for passwords, and they work the same for any document.
