Will the Word file look exactly like my PDF?
No. You get the words as editable text, with headings, bullet and numbered lists and a page break for each PDF page. Fonts, colours, columns and exact positions are not copied.
Are photos and tables copied into the Word document?
No. Only text is converted. Table contents come out as plain lines of text and photos are left out, so use PDF to JPG if you need the pages as pictures.
Can I convert a scanned PDF to Word?
Not directly, because a scan is only pictures of pages with no text inside. Run OCR PDF first to make a searchable PDF, then convert that file to Word.
Can I edit the converted file in Word, Google Docs or WPS Office?
Yes. The output is a normal .docx file, so you can change the text in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, WPS Office or any app that opens Word files.
Why does my Hindi PDF come out as strange characters in Word?
Some Hindi PDFs are made with older non-Unicode fonts, so the text stored inside does not match what you see on screen. Run OCR PDF with Hindi selected and convert the result instead.
Some pages of my Word file are blank. Why?
Those pages in the PDF had no text, usually because they were scanned. The converter tells you how many such pages it found, and running OCR PDF first will fill them in.
Will the converted Word file have a watermark or a page limit?
No. The .docx has no watermark and there is no fixed page limit. Very long PDFs simply take a little longer, depending on your device.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
